Finding the perfect student accommodation for 10-15 people is hard work. We know how tough and time-consuming it is to find somewhere you all agree on, which is why we've partnered with 20+ Nottingham letting agents and landlords to showcase the city's best 10+ bed student houses and apartments from across the market in one convenient platform.
We know sorting bills between that many people is a huge hassle, too, which is why the properties on our site are already bills-included. We'll set up the utility providers when you move in, so all you need to do is filter your options to find houses you're interested in and start booking viewings!
The best place for University of Nottingham students to find houses and apartments big enough for 10+ students is in the uni's main student area, Lenton. Nottingham Trent students will find the widest choice in Arboretum, but it's worth looking in the city centre and Radford as well where there are sometimes a few great 10+ beds available for rent. If you are considering moving to Radford, check out our area guide written by current NTU student and UniHomes' Nottingham Content Ambassador George Okonkwo.
Given there are far fewer 10+ bed student properties up for grabs in Nottingham compared to smaller house sizes, Nottingham students tend to start looking a lot earlier for these. We usually see demand for 10+ beds peak in mid-late October, whereas searches for most Nottingham student accommodation peaks in late October to mid-November - so get in quick to secure a great place!
