Student Houses and Flats in Mapperley, Nottingham

Sitting towards the north-east of Nottingham city centre, Mapperley has become a hotspot for students at Nottingham Trent University. As Mapperley is mostly a residential area, it's perfect for students in second and third years who want a break from the busy student lifestyle. It allows for more peace and quiet than some of Nottingham's other student areas. Plus, the glorious Coppice Park is not too far away if you're looking for a green space to set up in the summer months.

Plains Road runs through the neighbourhood and is home to pretty much everything you need to survive as a student! With takeaways, corner shops and supermarkets on every corner, residents are surrounded by all of the essentials for student living. This includes a bunch of local watering holes, like Tree Tops or the Woodthorpe Top, which is famous for its local ale.

Mapperley is only a short 15-minute bus ride to the city centre. With such great transport links in and around Nottingham, getting around is never difficult. Alternatively, if you're looking to be a bit closer to the University of Nottingham campus, both Lenton and Wollaton are popular student areas a bit nearer.
