Student Houses in Brynmill, Swansea

The coastal location plays a leading role in Swansea's charm, so where better to make the most of the sandy shores of South Wales than Brynmill? Student accommodation in Brynmill is highly sought-after, and with good reason: the detached student houses here are gorgeous. What's more, with the beach on your doorstep, you'll be in the prime location on those hot summer days.

At just a ten-minute walk to the university, Brynmill is ideal for off-campus living, whether you're looking for a 1-bedroom student house or a 5-bed crib for a big group. Many second-year students who settle into Brynmill stay on for their third and final year due to the close proximity to Singleton University Campus.

For the avid cyclists among you, the Swansea waterfront promenade and cycle track crosses Brynmill, a perfect way to get some exercise and scope out some great sights. If you're more suited to peaceful walks in nature, Brynmill Park is a surefire winner. Steeped in local history, the park has the honour of being Swansea's first informal-then-formal park. There's also a Discovery Centre designed to give locals the scoop on the history and wildlife of the park.

The buses which lead directly to the beautiful Bay Campus are only a short distance away, as are those that lead to the city centre and the University of Wales Trinity Saint David. So, wherever your lectures and classes may be, you'll never be too far away.  For those wild nights out, you can hop on a bus or hail a cab to the town centre, just ten minutes away, so you'll truly get the best of both worlds in Brynmill.
