Student Homes in Bay Campus, Swansea

Built and opened in 2015, the Bay Campus continues to attract students from the Swansea University due to its seafront location and state-of-the-art facilities. If you're the outdoorsy type, you'll feel right at home here.

Adjacent to the campus is Crymlyn Burrows, a Site of Special Scientific Interest that the university is responsible for maintaining. Immerse yourself in scenic landscapes of sand dunes and salt marsh, safe in the knowledge that you're never too far from your home by the Bay Campus.

Take a stroll down the beach on a clear day or hop on a bus to town for a spot of shopping; stock up on supplies at the local Tesco or take advantage of the on-campus amenities to top up on your groceries.

Student accommodation near Bay Campus ranges from the shared flats on campus to the diverse range of properties off-campus in the surrounding areas. Terraced housing on Baldwins Cres or newly converted detached houses on Elba Cres are both popular choices, depending on your preferences.

Developed on a 65-acre beachfront site between Fabian Way and Jersey Marine Beach, the Bay Campus boasts breath-taking views and regular bus links back to the city centre to help you get the best of both worlds. With bars, cafés, a gym and sporting facilities on campus, this little student world within Swansea has everything you need.
