Student Homes in Dines Green, Worcester

Surrounded by natural beauty, Worcester's leafy suburb of Dines Green is home to a diverse community of families, working professionals and students at the nearby University of Worcester. While many people flock to Dines Green to find spacious student homes that are both affordable and attractive, cost isn't the only pull.

When you live in this area, you'll be a stone's throw from the stunning Laugherne Nature Reserve. If you're looking to keep active, a morning jog through these gardens along the brook makes for the most mood-boosting way to start your day. Otherwise, gather your coursemates and come here to unwind after class, it's the perfect place to escape the hustle, bustle and busy student schedules.

Once upon a time, this suburb was a vast stretch of farming land. However, since the 1950s, investment has poured into Dines Green to provide residents of Worcestershire with a collection of homes that range from semi-detached houses to flat blocks. Over the decades, apartments have been torn down and new ones built in their place to provide new and returning students with stylish accommodation to suit their needs.

If most of your classes are conducted at the St John's campus, you'll be pleased to know it'll take only a fifteen-minute picturesque stroll to get to class. Not only that, but the Henwick Campus is just a further five minutes away. Hop on a bus from Grenville Road, and you'll be in the beating heart of Worcester city centre in just over fifteen minutes. Plus, the area is packed with its own range of local amenities like grocery shops and supermarkets to keep you stocked on supplies all year round.
