Student Homes in the City Centre, Worcester

Bursting at the seams with culture and home to a diverse community, Worcester's city centre is always in high demand as a place for students to settle down while studying at the nearby university. It's not hard to see why; this city isn't just the home of the iconic sauce and a world-famous cathedral.

Around every corner is something new to explore: a Tudor house museum, an expansive art gallery, the Worcester Woodlands or the thriving high street market. It's no wonder that our student homes in the city centre of Worcester get snapped up fast, so we always make sure to have plenty on offer to suit your needs.

When class is finished, treat yourself to a spot of retail therapy at the Crowngate Shopping Centre, where you'll find all the big-name brands and some independent boutiques selling bargains and one-of-a-kind pieces for your wardrobe. It goes without saying that bars are in abundance in Worcester, but we suggest sampling some Belgian delicacies at TripelB Belgian Beer Café on Copenhagen Street. Friendly and knowledgeable staff are always on hand to help you pick out the perfect pint.

Naturally, living in the city centre comes with the advantage of transport links, so you can take a day trip to explore the wider region or hop on a train to Birmingham for a big night out. If you're nursing a hangover, some fresh air and light exercise might do you some good, and Gheluvelt Park is just the place for it. Straddling the Barbourne Brook, which feeds the River Severn, this park boasts tennis courts, ping pong tables and even a cute café in the Old Victorian Pump House.

Not sure if city centre living is for you? You'll find plenty of spacious homes surrounded by scenic parklands in Dines Green and St Johns, two areas that students at the University of Worcester rate for their balance of town and country.
