Southampton Student Accommodation in The Polygon

The Polygon is one of Southampton's most buzzing districts. Located just to the north of the City Centre, The Polygon is highly sought after when it comes to Southampton student houses thanks to the area’s excellent transport links as well as its proximity to Southampton Solent University. The University of Southampton isn’t far away either, with Soton’s campus being just a ten-minute bus ride away. We told you that Polygon is perfect for students.

That being said, Polygon has much, much more to offer than just convenience. Known for its exciting nightlife and great selection of bars and pubs, this neighbourhood is a perfect hub for students looking for an up-and-coming area to spend evenings with mates. Highlights can be found on and around Bedford Place, and include the local Wetherspoons (of course), Brewdog Southampton, and the Funky Flamingo cocktail lounge. There really is something to suit all tastes and all budgets.

More bothered about where you can go to avoid the slog that is meal prepping? There are plenty of restaurants and cafés in the Polygon too, like Diego’s Rotisserie (go here for authentic Portuguese flavours) and Nara (a Japanese restaurant perfect for those sushi cravings).

With the Polygon being at the heart of the action, you're never too far from a good party. Plus, with Portswood and Highfield close by, you're right in the middle of Southampton's social scene. included in every single home.
