Student Houses and Flats in Middlesbrough Town Centre

If you're studying at Teesside University, living in the centre of Middlesbrough puts you right at the heart of the action. With the campus situated in the beating heart of the town, you'll never have to go too far to make your lectures on time, and you'll always feel connected to the vibrant student culture.

You'll always be a stone's throw from a medley of shops, cafés, bars and restaurants, not to mention museums, art galleries and live music venues like the Town Hall, Play Brew and Dr Browns.

While Middlesbrough has earned a reputation for its buzzing urban centre, the town also boasts a wealth of beautiful green spaces. The historic Albert Park is perhaps the most photogenic, comprising 30 hectares of wide-open land and a central tree-lined avenue for early morning walks.

The train station on Zetland Road connects students to the UK's major cities in the north and beyond, while a reliable public transport network makes getting around Middlesbrough a breeze.

While life in the centre certainly has its perks, students at Teesside also have the choice of living in Linthorpe, a lovely little suburb that has plenty of Victorian properties for larger groups. Alternatively, you might find exactly what you're looking for in North Ormesby, a quaint village on the banks of the River Tees.
