Student Homes in Lower Coundon, Coventry

Located towards the north west of Coventry city centre, Coundon is an extremely popular area with students studying at Coventry University. The area is a short 15-minute walk into the city, and only a 25-minute walk to the university campus. Student homes in Lower Coundon are great for easy access to those early morning lectures.

With an easy connection to Holyhead Road, a main route into Coventry, getting into town couldn't be easier. For those studying at Warwick University, Lower Coundon is a little far out, so it might be better checking out some of the other student suburbs like Leamington Spa.

With a number of commercial areas within Coundon, Holyhead Road provides access to many useful amenities required for everyday student life. With regular social events, Coundon has a local feel and friendly vibe.

There's a fabulous range of terraced and semi-detached properties available, with some much larger homes than you'd find in other areas of the city. These kind of student homes make Lower Coundon perfect for groups of three or four students, while larger groups will still be able to find the bigger 6-bedroom houses.
