Bath student housing market: trends explained

Student housing in Bath is much sought-after. The Bath areas with the most searches on UniHomes are unchanged for the past three letting seasons: Oldfield Park is indisputably the most popular, followed by the city centre, Twerton and Bathwick. So, if you bag yourself some Bath student housing here, get ready to be near all the best amenities this city has to offer.

Oldfield Park is great for finding four- and five-bed houses, which are the most in-demand accommodation types among Bath students, while Southdown is another good option for finding larger student houses suitable for groups.
