1 bedroom apartment

A fantastic self-contained 1-bedroom flat in the heart of Brynmill – and importantly, this really is a full flat rather than a studio. You have a completely separate bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living/dining room, giving you plenty of space and separation between where you sleep, cook and relax. The large lounge/dining room is a real highlight, with loads of living space as well as a large dining table, making it a great flat for having friends over. The separate modern kitchen is fully fitted, while the bedroom benefits from a walk-in wardrobe, providing excellent storage. There’s also a separate washing machine and tumble dryer. The flat is just off Brynymor Road, so you have a huge choice of shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants practically on your doorstep. Uplands, the beach and bus links to Bay Campus are all within easy walking distance, while Singleton Campus is also around a 10–15 minute walk away. And there’s an extra bonus with this one: you won’t pay rent for July or August. The flat is rented separately over the summer, so your tenancy and rent payments begin from September. Alex Allen Properties is a small, local, family-run business with excellent reviews, offering hands-on property management and maintenance. Please note this is a first-floor apartment accessed via internal staircase.
