The Anvil

When it’s time to knuckle down and focus, you’ll love the communal study space. It’s quiet, comfortable, and great for group sessions or solo revision before the big exam. Of course, fast internet is a must and you’ll have it here. Whether it’s research, streaming, or a marathon group project, you’ll be connected without the buffer blues. At The Anvil, you’ll have bike storage right on site. It’s ideal if you prefer getting around on two wheels whether safe, secure, and super convenient for quick trips across the city or to campus. Don’t stress about laundry piles. With an on-site laundry room, you can wash and dry your clothes without ever leaving the building. Perfect for busy weeks (or last-minute wardrobe emergencies). Doing your bit for the environment is easy here, thanks to recycling facilities available throughout the property. It’s a small step that helps you live more sustainably during your uni years. Bringing your car? There’s parking available for an extra charge. It’s a great option if you're commuting or planning weekend getaways—your ride stays close, and you don’t need to fight for street space. And finally, you can relax knowing that CCTV security is in place throughout the building. Your safety matters, and The Anvil helps make sure you feel secure around the clock. In short? The Anvil isn’t just a place to live, it’s a space where your student life can thrive. Great location, useful amenities, and a community that just gets what it’s like to be at uni.
