Hawk Works is our flagship student development and it’s easy to see why it’s in demand year after year. Set within a beautifully converted former manufacturing plant, the building is packed with character and original features that celebrate Sheffield’s industrial heritage—perfect for students who want something a little different from standard student housing. Tucked just off the edge of the city centre on a charming cobbled street, Hawk Works sits among creative studios, modern apartments, and a popular microbrewery, giving the area a vibrant, urban feel while still feeling like a hidden gem. The development offers stylish, high-quality apartments alongside a peaceful courtyard and two impressive roof gardens—ideal for socialising with friends, studying outdoors, or unwinding after a busy day on campus. This spacious one-bedroom apartment features a sleek open-plan kitchen and lounge, fully equipped for student life. It includes a washer-dryer, fridge-freezer, dining area, comfy sofa, and a smart TV—perfect for socialising, or relaxed evenings in. The bedroom is a great size and comes fully furnished with a 3/4 bed and matching furniture, providing plenty of storage and a comfortable space to study and relax. The apartment is completed by a modern bathroom with a contemporary shower. Hawk Works is ideal for students looking for a unique, stylish home with great social spaces, modern comforts, and a prime city-centre location.
