It has a large open plan kitchen-diner, a bathroom with bath and a newly fitted shower room completed in 2023. This house is always very popular with our tenants as it is light and spacious. On entering this house, you have a sense of space and it has a good design layout, benefitting for a communal social space to enjoy each other's company. We are a small family run business with the aim of being the most trusted landlord in Brighton. We let and manage all of the houses and we maintain the accommodation to a standard we would let our own children live. The price stated includes the rent, which is fixed and paid directly to us (WSE, the landlords) plus the utilities. The utilities are managed by Unihomes through a seperate contract. We will be letting this property to a group of 5 students. We would love to show you round this house, please contact us directly via the Unihomes portal.
