3 bedroom house

A delightful three bedroom student property situated on a quiet side road in central Portswood, offering an ideal opportunity to be close to both the University, local shops and nightlife. Cedar Gardens is a peaceful, tree-lined lane that could easily be mistaken for being in the countryside, yet remains perfectly placed for students seeking convenience alongside a sense of retreat. Inside, the property strikes an appealing balance between period character and contemporary comfort. Original fireplaces and stripped, painted floorboards provide charm and warmth, while the kitchen and bathroom have been modernised to meet the practical demands of shared living. The layout is designed with student life in mind: good sized bedrooms offer open, light and airy spaces for studying and relaxing, while the flexible lounge and dining area flows naturally into the adjacent kitchen, creating an ideal social hub for housemates to cook, eat and unwind together. Outside, a private enclosed garden offers a welcome outdoor retreat, whether for alfresco meals, group study sessions in warmer months, or simply a quiet place to escape the demands of university life. Available from July, this property is well suited to a group of three students seeking quality accommodation in a residential setting with excellent transport links to the University of Southampton and easy access to the vibrant amenities Portswood has to offer. A deposit and references will be required.
