4 bedroom house

Wellington Lettings are pleased to offer this spacious student property, ideally located with excellent access to both universities, Queen’s Medical Centre (QMC) and Nottingham City Centre. The property boasts four generously sized double bedrooms, all furnished to a good standard, alongside two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bath. The first and second floors mirror each other, creating a fair and balanced layout that helps avoid any arguments over who gets which room! There is a well-equipped kitchen, a separate dining room perfect for hosting meals with friends, and a dedicated lounge for relaxing and socialising with housemates. A small rear yard provides additional outdoor space. Although situated on a main road, the property is surprisingly quiet once inside, offering a peaceful home environment while keeping key destinations and local amenities within easy reach. Your belongings will be covered with Contents insurance with Howden. To secure the property, you will need to fill out our Property Holding application and pay in a holding fee equivalent to one weeks per person. You will also be required to pay in a security deposit of £300 per person. Security deposits will be held by the government scheme, DPS. Holding deposits will be used for part payment of the first months.
