5 bedroom house

Wellington Lettings are pleased to offer this spacious five-bedroom student property, ideally located with excellent access to both universities, Queen’s Medical Centre (QMC) and Nottingham City Centre. The property offers five generously sized bedrooms, providing plenty of space for studying, relaxing and making the most of student life. With two bathrooms and the first and second floors mirroring each other, the layout offers a great sense of balance and helps avoid any arguments over who gets which room! The property also benefits from a well-equipped kitchen and a separate lounge, perfect for unwinding and socialising with housemates. Although situated on a main road, it is surprisingly quiet once inside, offering a peaceful home environment while keeping local amenities and transport links within easy reach. Your belongings will be covered with Contents insurance with Howden. To secure the property, you will need to fill out our Property Holding application and pay in a holding fee equivalent to one weeks per person. You will also be required to pay in a security deposit of £300 per person. Security deposits will be held by the government scheme, DPS. Holding deposits will be used for part payment of the first months.
