4 bedroom house

Welcome to our recently renovated 4 bedroom house. The property benefits from laminated flooring throughout. It has a fitted kitchen and a great communal living room with a conservatory. One room is situated downstairs and the other 3 rooms are upstairs as is the family sized bathroom; which has a bath tub and a shower too. All rooms come fully furnished typically with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, study desk, swivel chair and a bedside unit.  This is perfectly positioned for both the town centre and the university. Unlike many landlords we do not limit your access over the summer and you can move in from your contract date. The landlord adjusts rents to meet student finance dates (does not apply to the summer quarter) so there are no late payment charges. And no call out fees either - if something is wrong at the house we want to know, so that we can fix it. Ten month tenancies are available at an increased rate. £450 per person. additional to the rent.
