4 bedroom house

A beautiful 4 bedroom property situated between Cathays and Heath. This property has been recently renovated and boasts 4 double bedrooms, one large, modern bathroom and a spacious kitchen. Each bedroom comes with your own double bed, wardrobe, desk and chest of drawers. Cathays is a brilliant location as its so close to the City Centre with a buzzing atmosphere. This is an ideal location with Lidl being a short walk away (13 Minutes!) and having Whitchurch road on your doorstep with plenty of coffee shops and independent restaurants. UHW is just a 20 minute walk away and Cardiff Student Union is only a 16 minute walk away. The buzz in Cathays comes in hand with the wide selection of pubs, which host weekly events such as pub quizzes and open mic night - not forgetting the fantastically priced drinks. The Flora is our favourite. Cathays train station is on the doorstep, fantastic for those who live in Cardiff but study in Treforest. Heath is an ideal location for those studying at University Hospital Wales. The convenient location has fantastic local amenities on the doorstep as Whitchurch road is so up and coming. The street has fantastic facilities, including Sainsbury’s and Co-op (as well as some wonderful restaurants. ) Heath is also a great location for all Cardiff Met students as there is fantastic bus links to both campuses and the area is a short walk to Cardiff University.
