5 bedroom house

Are you looking for your best uni house yet? This 5 bedroom home will be the one you remember the most! You're right in the heart of Kensington Fields, which means you have Lidl and the City Centre within walking distance and Edge Lane Retail Park just 5 minutes away! Whether you're after quick trip into town for your nights out or a big essential stock up when the parents visit, you've got it on the doorstep. All 5 bedrooms are spacious so no need to fight over who is getting the box room! They all have a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers a desk and chair, so plenty of storage! There are 3 bathrooms so there will be no queues for showers, but there may be some fights over who gets the en-suite rooms!!! You have a Cosi living room for those debriefs that are needed and those nights in having a takeaway! Your kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, and hob. Plus your microwave, kettle and toaster is included so no need to bring/buy those. You have a garden for when the summer comes around and you all fancy a BBQ! And for our students with cars you have parking outside for you! All bills included so no need to worry about any extra costs (totally uncapped, for those that LOVE a long hot shower or the heating on 24/7). We've always wanted to be more than just your agent, which is why being a Cosi housemate comes with plenty of extra perks along the way. From move in goodies to regular ongoing freebies, competitions and surprise treats throughout the year, there's always something to look forward to. You'll also get exclusive Cosi housemate discounts at some of our favourite food and drink spots across Liverpool - perfect for your daily coffee, post work drinks or weekend food plans. We've even hosted free events like Pilates classes in the past, with more to come. It's all part of creating homes that are worth sharing, not just a place to live, but somewhere you genuinely enjoy being part of.
