3 bedroom house

Available to students only! We are proud to present this perfectly located, modern, newly refurbished 3-bedroom student property. The property comes with 3 good sized double bedrooms. One on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. All rooms have matching furniture and freshly painted walls. There is a good sized lounge for the tenants to enjoy, leading through to a compact but beautifully modern kitchen at the rear, which itself leads through to the bathroom at the back of house which is newly refurbished with a large walk-in shower! The garden is flat and fairly low maintenance with just minor de-weeding needed each year! The house is ideally located in the heart of Cathays, so you're just a short walk from Cardiff University.
