6 bedroom apartment

Live Better. Live Bric. The New Bank on Scotland Road is stunning furbished converted bank that boasts four spacious flats across four floors. This property is an extremely unique opportunity for students to get a taste of luxury living at a great price whilst also being excellently located a stones throw from the city centre. Situated on one of the most up and coming student areas in Liverpool! The house boasts a spacious living/dining area, with a 50 inch smart TV extended integrated kitchen with a large stove, 2 ovens, 2 large fridges and a washer & tumble dryer. All bedrooms have double beds, plenty of storage with large built in wardrobes, a workspace with a desk chair. The property is perfect for students due to it only being a 15 minute walk to the university campus, just a bit further to the city centre and being less than 5 minutes to the Great Homer Street Shopping Centre which houses a huge Lidl, Tim Hortons, Dominoes and much more! We also have an excellent maintenance team who are normally able to deal with any property issues the same day they are reported (we doubt you will have any though!) Keeping our students safe is the most important thing to us! This house is fully equipped with a fire alarm, emergency lighting and a burglar alarm! Live better. Live Bric.
