Rhodaus Court

Rhodaus Court is a modern student development ideally situated in the heart of Canterbury, within easy reach of both Canterbury Christ Church University and the University of Kent. Canterbury Christ Church is just 1 mile away, with the university library a 2-minute walk from the property and the main campus reachable in around 20 minutes by bus, 6 minutes by car or 4 minutes by bicycle. The University of Kent is 1.8 miles away, approximately 16 minutes by bus, 12 minutes by car or 9 minutes by bicycle. Part of a wider residential development in the city, Rhodaus Court offers a thoughtfully designed mix of ensuite rooms with shared kitchen facilities and self-contained studios, giving students the flexibility to choose a living arrangement that suits their lifestyle and budget. Life at Rhodaus Court is designed to be as comfortable and convenient as possible from the moment you move in. All utility bills are included in your rent, meaning gas, electricity, water and broadband are all taken care of, so there are no unexpected costs to worry about when planning your finances for the academic year ahead. The on-site amenities have been carefully considered to support every part of student life. The fully equipped gym is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week so that you can train entirely on your own schedule. In your spare time, check out the cinema room at neighbouring Palamon Court, which is accessible and free for Rhodaus Court tenants to enjoy. Residents can also relax in our party room, complete with a kitchen space, TV, and sofas. The reception social area adds to the communal atmosphere, with a pool table, and vending machines providing plenty of ways to unwind between sessions. A laundry room keeps the day-to-day essentials covered, and CCTV throughout the building provides peace of mind around the clock. For quieter moments, two reservable social study booths sit alongside a dedicated study area, giving you the space to focus when deadlines are looming. When you need some fresh air, the large paved courtyard with seating provides a welcome outdoor retreat right on your doorstep. As part of the wider Canterbury development alongside Palamon Court and Currus Court, Rhodaus Court residents also benefit from access to the social spaces, gyms and bookable rooms across all three buildings via key card, making the overall offering genuinely expansive for those who want to make the most of it. Beyond the building itself, Canterbury is one of the UK's most compelling student cities. Steeped in history and recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, it combines a rich cultural heritage with a thriving independent food, drink and arts scene. Fast rail links put London St Pancras within an hour's reach, ideal for weekends away or trips home. At Rhodaus Court, you are not just choosing a place to stay; you are choosing a base from which to make the most of everything Canterbury has to offer.
