1 bedroom house

Four bedroom student home situated in a great location seconds from the amenities on Salisbury Road. Each room is a decent size and comes fully furnished! The kitchen and lounge are separate on the ground floor as well as a utility room with washing machine and dryer! Cathays is a brilliant location as its so close to the City Centre with a buzzing atmosphere. With Sainsbury’s on Woodville road and Tesco on Salisbury Road the dreaded food shop is not far away and for those lazy evenings local restaurants and takeaways include QBOA, Metchies, and The Woodie. The buzz in Cathays comes in hand with the wide selection of pubs, which host weekly events such as pub quizzes and open mic night - not forgetting the fantastically priced drinks. The Flora is our favourite. Cathays train station is on the doorstep, fantastic for those who live in Cardiff but study in Treforest. This also makes going home at the weekends a breeze. Interested?
